that is great that it motivated you. YES I watched the first one, and I loved that show, I thought wow if I could just go to a camp like that and lose about my extra 30 to 40 lbs I would love it!! It would be nice to have that opportunity. although when it first came out I kept calling it "The big fat loser" not because I was being mean it was truly just because I thought that it was called Big fat loser, I did not realize it was called the biggest loser....so no one would correct me and just laugh...it was not until later on I realized that it was actually called the biggest loser.
Anyway, it was a fun show, I did watch some of the second season but it was hard as I always compared it with the first season, so it is harder for me to keep up after the first season. Kind of like how it was for me when I started to watch the apprentice, and big brother....

I need to start taking into consideration more of what I am allowing myself to take in for Food. I have thought about buying the Biggest Loser Cookbook for myself and my husband to see what Good tips it might have in it also. I just Health wise though could do a lot of the Physical Excercise that these guys do.

My youngest son likes to watch it with me. It is a very inspirational show for those who are wanting to get healthy and lose weight. Some of the challenges they go through I am not sure if I could even do them. They do teach ppl how to eat properly and that is a really good thing.

The trainers on that show seem to know what they are doing and provide us with important information in helping us take care of ourselves. Sometimes I would need a push to stay motivated. Some of those challenges are very tough. :-) Hopefully people are getting something from this show.

I think it is for the most part very inspirational but they also make some things seem stretched or overrated..Probably to boost ratings but at the same time offering the wrong impression to the "smaller" community.

I have seen a couple of episodes, very motivating and fun to watch. Especially when they do the weigh ins.

I just started a diet, well, Slim Fast, and I watched this show lastnight and was motivated to work out. It felt good too. I like it because it shows the audience the hard work and dedication it takes to lose a significant amount of weight.

I LOOOOOOOOVED watching that show with my parents it was so much fun and it motivated my whole family, my parents sgtill tease me though and i really think itd be fun if they could all go itd be funny because my mom, dad, little brother, and even our dog all had the same waist size. I was out of the loop however cuz my waist is only 24 inches. But my dad has lost over 40 pounds, my mom has lost over 20, my brother has lost 15, and my dog has lost 5. In the end, more so than the show, i think it helps to have a family and group to motivate one another. even though i dont want to lose weight since im 94IBs, i try my best to do everything with them anyways, and motivate them as well. The show was so much fun though. :)
