how can I synchronize deleted emails ?

how can I synchronize deleted emails from computer to handheld or how can I delete multiple messages from handheld instead of doing one at a time?

That all depends on your emails client, your handheld and you synch tool - unless we know what you are using we wont be able to asnwer :)
