Do you ever wake up too early?

If you woke up too early, would you simply roll over and go back to sleep? Would you get up and go about your day as if you'd gotten plenty of sleep? Would you put up with feeling tired, until you could go take a nap?
Last night, I got to sleep a little late. And, then I woke up for some reason in the middle of the night. And, it took awhile to go back to sleep. Then I woke up really early, with sunlight streaming through the window. I'm a light sleeper, so any light or noise wakes me up.
I stayed up for awhile and then took a nap on the couch, because noone else was up. What would you have done? Would you have taken a nap?

When I wake up early, I usually go back to slee, if I can, knowing that I have my alarm set to wake me up. If I can't get back to sleep and start to get bored trying, I'll get up and start my day.

Sometimes I wake in the middle of the night and have a hard time getting back to sleep - usually, like you, if I am up and awake thats it, I just can't go back to sleep.

There's a possibility I might have taken a nap a little later, but generally, once I wake up, I have difficulty in going back to sleep again, so I presume that I've had sufficient sleep and get up.
Brightest Blessings.

Usually, I'm the same way. My hormones are working with me right now. So, it's a little easier to get a nap when I need one.
Later, it'll be a bear getting any rest at all! My body works that way, ever since the pregnancy. It's just my body's revenge for not getting pregnant again. She doesn't like me anymore! My body, that is. I think she's secretly plotting to evict me! LOL!

All the time. I have a hard time staying asleep. I don't roll over. I can't, never been good at that. I can sometimes grab a nap in the middle of the week. But even that is rare. I just do the best with the sleep I get.

If i dont have any major job in hand and happen to get up just too early i would surely go back to sleep but if i have some important work to do then getting up early is no problem and would be around doing my work like i do on any normal day with full enthusiasm and nobody can judge that i have not had a full night's sleep.

It all depends on different circumstances. If I wake up on a work day early if it isn't too much too early, like an hour early, I will get up and do some mylotting before I get ready for work. If it is more than an hour and I am still tired I will go back to sleep. If it is on a weekend and I don't have anything to do that day, I may stay in bed and read and go back to sleep or I may get up and do some mylotting and cleaning and lay back down again and read and go back to sleep for a while longer. It all depends on how I feel when I wake up early.
Iam a very bad sleeper and I wake up several times during the night and mornings so it all depends on how I feel. I do take a nap often but not every day. Today when I got home from work it was early, around 2:30, I layed down on the couch and turned on some soaps and I feel asleep till 5:30. That is a really long and good sleep for me. So sometimes my naps are better than my night time sleeps.

I easily catch my sleep back and I sleep like a log, as my hubby says. If I don't have any important thing to do, I would always go back to bed and catch more sleep. I value my sleep so much because I know I am deprived of it most of the time especially now that I have a Grade 1 pupil.

I think I wake to early 4 days out of the week. I work 4 10's and have to be at work at 6AM. I have to get up at 445 and don't go to bed until 10 or 11PM. This is just way to early, but I have to do what I have to do in order to live.

I like to wake up early in the Morning.
It appears so fresh in the morning as soon as we get up from sleep.
Feel the Nature's beauty in the early morning where we can find good atmosphere without any pollution and also good music from birds.
Sleep with the moon and wake up with the Sun. This is the best method to follow.

Well it depends for me. If it's a workday and I wake up early, I just roll over and go back to sleep because I want to get the most sleep I can. But, if it's a weekend, I would get up and do whatever the heck I want :D

I like to get up early so the only time I would go back to sleep is if the sun wasn't up!

There are mornings that i wake up early and go back to sleep. then there are other mornings that I'm us early and just check out the news and go back to sleep. Every now and then I get ups an start my day. But most of the time I go back to sleep and get up later on in the morning or at least by noon.
Have a nice one.

If I wake up entirely to early I usually get up and go about my business, if I am working or doing something that day as soon as I get home I will try to get sleep. I used to be a light sleeper and still am but not as much of a light sleeper as I once was. My fiance is a heavy sleeper, so when his friend's call for the umpteenth time in that hour, he still doesn't hear it! I'd answer it, but he doesn't like being awoken!
That and I know if it's his best friend he'll do all he can to piss him off.

I had this experiences when I am still in college. I am alone in my boarding house. My roommates went home.I slept late already because i am very afraid. I just slept at 12 midnight. Then 2 hours after sleeping somebody knock my door. So i woke up immediately knowing that it was my roommate so I opened the door, But no one outside.I did not saw anyone.I am so afraid and Im kept on praying.after a few minutes the door closed I was outside my room looking for anyone who knocked my door. I was shock that my door was locked.I couldn't open the door anymore because the key is inside.I woke up very early and did not sleep anymore because my room was locked.I stayed outside my room and didn't sleep anymore. After that scary experienced I transfered to other boarding house. This was the first time I woke up too early!

I hardly wake up too early in the morning unless I have important matters the next day. Once I woke up, I can barely go back to sleep. I'll try to exhaust myself by doing workouts or reading and try to go back to sleep
