How to know about sincere friend?

I am worried about my friend. How i should know that he sincere to me or not. I could not understand this situation. His says that he is my sincere friend but his attitude do not express the impression which he say to me.

I don't see any reason why he would lie about the sincerity of your friendship, if he's your friend there would be no need to surely? Maybe he just has a problem with expressing himself in friendships which makes his attitude seem different to what he says.
