InboxDollars going cheap

InboxDollars has recently shrunken their survey payouts from $1 to .50. They've also practically stopped sending out paid emails. This stinks! I'll still use the site, but they've either hit some hard times, or become stingy. :( Anyone else?

They actually cut down the price paid for surveys right after I started to do them. Lately, I've been finding fewer surveys available when I go on their site. But, I still get 2 to 4 e-mails a day from them and I am nearing payout. I've noticed that they are slow to give me credit for some things and I swear that they didn't credit me for at least 2 surveys. When I contacted them, they were a little snippy about it, but did say that if they don't get credit, then I don't get credit. Then, they say that they credited me for all the surveys that I have completed. I more or less believe them about it, but because I'm new, I'm not sure. But, I actually like them because the offers they have are pretty good. I use Mypoints and Inbox Dollars is a lot like them.

Wow, "if you don't get credit you don't get credit"? Customer service is becoming a thing of the past...

I guess they were saying that if they don't get paid then they can't pay me. When I said I was going to keep a journal to document which company wasn't crediting me for the surveys, they got pretty snippy and claimed that they paid me for all the surveys I've taken. I just wanted to help them out and let them know that some companies might be shorting them.

I've never done the surveys because I already do several on other sites. I do get the emails but haven't had a problem with them. In fact, I'm cleaning out my mailbox right now and just got another one a few minutes ago. Maybe you should check with them just in case there is something wrong? Have you checked your spam folder? Even now and then I'll have one sneak by me and go directly to spam. Same thing for Send Earnings.

I have noticed the same thing. That is definately right, I saw it was .50 about 2 weeks ago but I thought that was just for that particular survey. I also haven't been getting as many emails from them. I hope they are not doing poorly. I like that site :(

I get about four to five emails from them. I have noticed that reaching the payout has taken longer this time around. I'm not sure why though. i've been with them for about two years now.

I'll take a look. I haven't noticed a decrease in the number of e-mails. I still get 3 to 4 a day but I don't do too much more on their site as I can't seem to find any offers that appeal to me. They have always been very reliable and I have been paid in the past, so I hope they are able to pull through as there are so many bogus sites out there.

I noticed that change. It stinks but I don't take their surveys much so it doesn't really affect me that much. I usually make $30 in a year and most of that is from emails.
