How do you hold on to your memories? Do you keep a journal of your daily activities? Or maybe a photo album or scrapbook are more your style? How do you hang onto all of those wonderful moments in life?

I keep a journal, my Book of Shadows, a Dream Book and a Book of Treasured words. The journal is for day to day stuff, my Book of Shadows for my pagan work and observations, the Dream Book, obviously for any dream interpretations I may have, and my Book of Treasured Words contains really nice things people have said about me... treasured words, indeed.
The latter, I look back on whenever I'm feeling down, as the beautiful words make me feel whole again. Brightest Blessings.

I have a box that I put in little tokens of things reminding me of special days- like a wrist band from the beach or movie stubs. Ive had it for over 10 years now. I started to scrapbook, but its very time consuming and I nver get around to it anymore.

The only memories that I really have is what is in my mind or in my photo albums. I also have some memorabilia that I saved from childhood also that came from pictures, drawings and items I saved from school. I have those saved in a box in my closet. I get them out every now and then just to go through them and bring back some memories when I look at them. I have forgotten about alot of things until I get them out and take a look again.
