Hands Down, or Broken?

There had been alot of people saying that Secondhand Serenade sounds like Chris Carraba (Dashboard Confessional) what do you think?
In my opinion the two should'nt coexist against each other 'cause although their music has some sort of a similarity, it's the lyrics that would make a huge change to both their music and the audience.

I think it is possible for 2 person to have a same voice but if you really a fan of a band there is special sound that is stored on your mind that even how many person talk with you that have the same voice, you can easily identify the right one.

i agree.. they both same genre of music but the lyrics is much different...
The Dashboard Confessional has a deeper and emotional lyrics rather than Secondhand Serenade.. for me Chris Carraba is a genius, intelligent and amazing writer.. it's pretty obvious that i choose Dashboard Confessional...

Hey,
I agree at times both bands can sound similar,
But I'd have to go with Dashboard.
Chris just puts so much more emotion into his voice,
And his lyrics are more original in my opinion than Secondhand Serenades.
