If you were blessed with millions and millions of dollars, and a person out of nowhere sent you a letter requesting financial assistance or referrals for something that is very legitimate, would you try and help that person out by giving the money or just referring them to someone else or another organization? It's not like you're asking them for a million dollars, maybe just a thousand to get your business started or something...
