Which is better for you tea or coffee???

I am a coffee addict. I take three or four cups of coffee per day. Tea ? some times, but very rarely. I do take green tea off and on, for medicinal value.

i personally like coffee better but tea is better for your health

I'm not a big fan of tea so I would have to say coffee. Usually I have a glass of coffee when I get up in the mornings and also if I'm going to be staying up really late at night and want to make sure I dont fall asleep during anything that could be important.
