Can we realy earn money in buy and sell?

Well i went to this website that we call buy and sell. I post some of my products there. well so that post are no that good. and some are saying bad words. well can you help me if that is a good idea to post on those website?

What do you mean by, 'well so that post are not that good. and some are saying bad words?' You mean you have already posted your items which you intend to sell and certain members there would leave comments that are degrading?
