I know this sounds strange but, I don't know how to make coffee, and I've never tried. I rarely ever drink coffee. I normally drink a cup of green tea instead everyday.I'd say 1 cup of coffee once a year is what I consume. I don't even own a coffee maker. I went to starbucks the other day and did not know what to order so I randomly ordered the white chocolate mocha. It was so good. Now I want to learn how to make really good coffee. Please share your favorite coffee.

I used to work at a coffee shop. All you need is a cheap small espresso machine. For a regular cup of white mocha:
Shot of espresso
2 - 4 teaspoons (to your tastes) of Ghiradelli white mocha powder (with hot chocolate) from CostPlus World Market (will last forever and cost about $6.
Heated milk
Whipped Cream
Put the espresso in cup, add mocha power, stir well, pour in milk, stir, top with whipped cream.
You will be a hit at your next gathering.

That sounds good. I am going to try to find an espresso machine. There are so many brands to choose from. That recipe sounds great. I am going to try to find those ingredients. I wonder if they sell it at Walmart,Starbucks, or Food Lion. Today I attempted to make coffee and it was not good at all. I bought some mini packs of Tasters Choice instant coffee. That was practice. I followed the directions on the package. Then I added some Hersheys Chocolate Caramel International Coffee Creamer to it. It was not good at all. If I can find the ingredients I am going to try this. Perhaps one day I will be able make my husband a cup of coffee before he goes to work. He does not know that I never bought a coffee machine because I don't know how to make coffee. We received a really nice one for a wedding gift and I exchanged it for some pots and pans.
