How can I earn through Posting the Picture in Mylot??

I have read some of the postings in mylot, stating that, by adding more pictures under your interests, can increase my earnings.. Is it right..? how can i get earning by adding am Image to my interests..? Can any one able to explain me more about this topic..? Or If I add an image to my "photos" will get me an earnings.. Else is adding an image also like the Discussions, if i get any response for my picture means i will paid like that if any..?? I don't understand this picture matters.. Friends please explain me..
