LOL! Not even in the Philippines can you live off a dollar for a whole 24-hour day, but how I wish that could be the case. The exchange rate is only 43 to a dollar. 1 kilo of rice costs 37, you'll have a change 6 pesos, and you cannot buy anything with that except for 6 pieces of candy. Even a bottle of water costs 10 pesos here. hehehe

I don't think there are enough hours in the day to make that happen. You would have to post way more posts then is possible to make enough money for a part time jobs worth...some things are just not possible! Other things can replace the income of a part time job. However, no matter what...it takes a lot of work.

I dont think that's possible for me to have mylot as a part time job, mylot do pays and that know we all. But it's not enough to think it as a job... I will earn so much more if I really got a part time job, but the only problem is that I cannot find one job that can fitts my school time etc and I can come on to mylot whenever I have free time or want.

I do not think MyLot could replace a part time job. The pay just doesn't compare. It's a nice way to chat and learn things about other people while earning a few pennies in the process. But, it's not anything I would consider a job and you don't make much for the time put into it.

i am wondering the same question. i want spend my summer vacation in Beijing, capital of China where the Olympic Game will be held. so it's impossible for me to find a part-time job there. but on the other side i wanna make money. 1 dollar= 7 RMB. so i think mylot maybe a good idea to replace the part-time job. :)

I'm goign to have to agree with the last few people and say no. Although anything is possible, somethings are highly improbable. If you had hundreds of people signed up under you (not likely) then you might be able to do it. But you might as well just go out and get a real job at that rate.

I would think not!!!!!!!!! How are you going to earn a living on a few cents? might be alittle extra spending money but that would be about it.

I don't think so realistically. You would have to have a lot of questions, a lot of answers and a ton of people signed up under you. Plus you would have to spend a lot of time doing nothuing but this and building up your list of peoplesigned up under you who were active members too.

In my opinion, I don't think it can. Normally if you work in a part time job, you will get paid approximately $20-$30 an hour. At mylot, I think even if you do your best and highest quality responses for one hour, perhaps the most you will get is $1. So I don't think you can really compare a job, part time or full time, with mylot. But of course, mylot can earn you some pocket money, and you are not obliged to "attend" everyday!
