Are you happy with your job

Hey today I'm so frustrated with my boss that I just felt like asking this question to u all.Are you happy with the work you are doing.I mean at the end of the day do you feel proud with whatever you have done.Is yous salary enough for your sustainence.I've asked for increment 3 times but there is no response.I just feel like quitting but can't now due to some problems.What about you?

Well hi i'm in equity research dpt. n the kind of work they ask me to do, i just want to break my boss' head.I'm new at work and so dnt knw much about it but that doesn't mean that we'll be allotted any kind of work.First u need to teach how things work,then only u can expect anything.
Anyway what kind of work do you do?

Me too the same.I am working as a software engineer in india.This is a job where i have to think a lot for programming.i am new to this industry so don't know much but my boss is expecting to do the project on my own.My colleagues who joined with me are put into pairs so that they can help each other.For me i am alone.I am getting tensed so at the end of my day,i don't feel happy.so my mind leads to "go sleep always and take rest".My friend at least you are there to listen to me.

Ok I completely understand your situation coz I'm in the same now.And I'm there 4 u anyday u wanna talk about your job or any thing u can talk to me coz I feel dat u need to talk to take out your frustration.Wat say?and far as the job is concerned we have to do it unless we both find another good one coz doing nything is better than sitting and doing nothing.anyway enjoy your day.

I like my job but the management sucks. I work at a cemtery doing sales and I have no problem making appointments but I can't seem to get anyone to tell me the prices on certain things. I have been there about two months now and it's still the same bullcrap. Our sales director said we will just make up prices and if they don't like it then they should fork over the prices. This is a big corporation so it takes a while to get things down to us little guys. But it's frustrating when I have to lose a sale cause I don't have the prices.
