RIDDLE: 2 dead men, a gun and a deck of cards...

There are 2 half naked dead men by a table in a rounded metal room and the doors are sealed shut from the inside. The one dead man is sitting in a chair lying face down on the table with no blood around him. The other is leaning back in his chair with blood all over him. There is a gun on the floor lying next to a shell from a bullet that was fired. The gun has no bullets in the chamber or magazine (clip). On the table there is a deck of cards spread all over the table. There is nothing else in the room. What happened here?
