Hardwork is a key to little success, rather by using this key you can earn your bread. But if you really want success, you should have LUCK sitting besides you as without luck your hardwork will not give desired result and you will get plenty of achievements with luck, even without hard work.

Literally speaking, yes. You cannot succeed in anything if you don't exert any effort at all. We cannot expect something nice to just fall from the sky or appear out of nowhere. Then again, of course intelligence is also a huge factor. But what matters most is the heart. If you put your heart in everything you do then success is just a few steps away.

We've seen a lot of hardworking people, who works day and night, and yet can still barely made it through the day. A lot of employees working their butt trying to please their bosses, working hard for years.. and yet still don't get enough for their families, more so for their retirement. I think working hard is good, but clarity of purpose and well defined goals counts even more. I heard someone says "work smart rather than work hard". If we could do both, that would be a lot better.

i think so hard work is the only way to success i never had worked hard in my life but there are some times when there is no substitute to hard work
