I have a hard time understanding it as well, I'm not sure how to get RSS feed onto my blog. I have tried looking for the address for RSS feeds and can't seem to figure it out.

Hi chubibo, RSS feed is very much like your email system, it require also a dedicated application called RSS reader or aggregator. Unlike your email, RSS reader is fully automated to check for updates and provide you with the necessary interface to view those feeds. You'll only be updated with your email when you check it while RSS feed will doit for you automatically. Hope this helps.
