Rainy Day or Sunny day which suits goood to propose Love

I guess it would be better to propose on a rainy day a sunny day because the rain I think has something that makes us feel more passionate. I guess there is much more chance of the proposal being accepted when it is offered on a rainy day. And, I also think that it is more romantic on a rainy day. Like I am now imagining a scene from a movie where the boy is so wet in the rain as he gives flowers to his girl. I guess that would take the girl's breath away and sweep her off her feet.
