Are you completely honest with your wife/husband or girl/boyfriend?

White lies are told here sometimes but only because he gets so mad over stupid stuff.

I am honest. But if you are honest you will never be able to keep ur partner happy. To keep them happy and pleased white lies are a must.

ok angel are you going to say yeah that bold spot is noticeable or that hes becomming a fat azz, come on you dont want to always be 100% honest, a lil white lie wont hurt their feeling but your honesty will.

Well i don't have a gf or a wife, but i do have very close friend and i would never lie to her cause it is not worth it. Yes she does gets mad at me for doing stupid things, but then i like her a lot so i have to take it. Little lies add up to big ones. To cover up one lie you say another one and so on... Being honest means taking responsibility for your actions. We should all be responsible for what ever we do, because what we do may affect others in some way or form. I would like to know who came up with "white lies"? A single word of truth would have saved former US President Bill Clinton, a lot of headache.

how do you even know if your other half is completely honest with you? alot of people leave out things and believe that it's not dishonesty.

No, I'm not. I agree with you, my boyfriend gets mad over the stupidest stuff, so sometimes it's better to just do a little fakery or hiding of the truth. Then there's the ever-present "What's wrong?" question. If I say what's really wrong, he gets upset. So it's sometimes better to just say "Nothing" or lie a little.
