Oh I know. Blackened chicken. My aunt likes to make this. She sautes the chicken in a wok with soy sauce. Then she add a few spices to it to add to the crunch. It's so amazing and so is the texture. It's all healthier to eat it that way. Also I really like curry chicken.

Hi gaganthe, I think, for me, is Supreme of Chicken. I love it. It is a milanese fillet of chicken stuffing with ham and cheese served with corn cream and rice. Yumie! It is fantastic! What savor!

I always like fried chicken, especially in South-East-Asia style. I just remember that there is a type of chicken called "Chicken Gorden Blu" here, quite good too. That is mixing of chicken, ham and cheese that go on fried.
