a snake found in a babies crib

I just read on cbs news that a constrictor was found wrapped around a seven month olds leg in its crib in long Island.The uncle heard the shreks from unpstairs and got the snake off the babies leg.The grand father said the had just bought the crib mattress that day at toys r us.The family has hired a attorney and plans on filing a law suit.Wow thats scarey,I`m glad the baby wasn`t severly hurt,they said the snake must of entered the mattresses plastic packaging gee makes you wonder where the heck the mattress was sent from.

When they were putting this together how did they miss this snake? I dont like snakes anyways so i would definately be scared.

wow that is scary. how did they not see it when they were unwrapping the mattress though? there was a story not too long ago about a kid that got bit by a scorpian i think it was. it was in with vegetables at walmart i think. its really scary how much stuff like that is happening.
