Tube on a boat that is only 11 feet!

Helo everyone i wanna know if you recomend or not to have a tube on a boat that is 11 feet and makes a 25 knots with one person on board, do i need any special tubes, is it to slow or would`nt it work with a small boat? answer me quick!!!
