Hi, I'll be happy to assist you. In my opinion I think that the bigger countries in football will win like always. But the question is who? I think that either Holland, Portugal and Germany would do well to win. Firstly Holland is favored by most fans and they have also done great thing so far such as defeating Italy 3-0 in the first match, this just goes to show that even a world cup champion can lose drastically. Secondly Portugal is favored by most experts as their line ups are strong and mainly since C.Ronaldo is present in their team. As we all know Ronaldo is the worlds second best player and scores in almost every game in the Prem, they have also won their two matches by more than 1 goal. Another reason is that Portugal has not any of the big tournaments like the world cup or Euro recently and its pro9bably my fate that people think Portugal will win. Lastly, Germany has by far the strongest players and team, they did well in the world cup and so far they have done well in the Euro. They have the best teamwork as most of the players have stayed on the team for more than 2 years and they are another of the biggest nations in football Hope I helped, Just my opinion :) By the way I do not think Italy will win.

Before the tournament started I was worried that the Germans had their best team in a while, but now watching them struggling against Austria after losing to Croatia I am quite relieved. Spain, Portugal, Croatia and the Netherlands are all playing a nice brand of attacking football. My suspicion is that Spain find it difficult when teams push them into wide positions by overloading the centre (playing with a 'Makelele'). Holland were slightly lucky (but still very good) against Italy and France, and one of those teams might be more lucky against them in the Semis. The other semi will be between Croatia and Portugal, Croatia will have too much spirit for them. Italy vs Croatia final maybe?
