do you wear eyeglasses?

I wear eyeglasses since I was 14 yrs old. And I am 18 now. So it has been 4 years already. The grades of my eyes are same-- a minus 250. I have been used to wearing eyeglasses but sometimes it's a bit annoying. In my pic, you can see my recent glasses. However, I am wearing contact lenses now. Just for a change. And my glasses are not in good shape now. :) What is your vision? By the way, just last month, the doctor said that my vision rose to 275 for both eyes. But I refused to change my lenses. :)

I started wearing glasses at the age of 15, at first I thought I had no need for them, because I can see perfectly well, I was wrong. I was trying to look at my classmate's answers during an exam (cheat), it didnt go out well, good thing I still passed that exam. LOL Now I'm wearing glasses and its -500, on the right and -450 on the left eye. Doctor said I have progressive myopia. Maybe its because of too much strain due to cheating. hehehe

Hi metal_monkee! I've worn glasses almost all of my life, i have cataracts, and have had two surgeries to remove them. My vision is now - 450 but thats better than it was a few years ago, before my second surgery. Now i must wear my glasses everyday, so as to not put strain on my eyes.

i do not need it yet and i dont want to wear it..i look like a very strict teacher when im wearing one..hehehe i just tried an eye glass before and it made me feel dizzy..hahaha

I have had glasses since I was 9 years old. In my teens I started wearing contacts. I am as blind as a bat with out them.

I've been wearing glasses since I was 10 years old. I remember the first time I rode my bike to school after I had glasses and I was amazed that I could actually see things. My vision is pretty bad, it's been a while wince I've had it checked (thanks for the reminder!) and i's about time to get some new glasses.

LOL well I OWN eyeglasses...but I dont wear them like I should or when I'm suppose to (like right now LOL)

Over the last year or so I have found the need to use glasses to read and sometimes when on the computer. I bought 1.5 x specs. They are not prescription glasses but as I age I will probably need some at some point.
