Do you know how to remove Funny UST Scandle.avi.exe

Hello Friends, Someone help me, I find Funny UST Scandle.avi.exe in my computer at home. I dont know how to remove it I repair my windows 7 times and I use AVG and Avst but no to avail. Someone pleas tell me how to remove it

If you tried everything and nothing works, Maybe it's time to back-up your files.. and reformat your harddisk. This will definitely remove it. It will take time though to reformat and re-set-up your HD, so make sure you did everything before you decide. Goodluck buddy!

This is one site http://www.edmartechguide.com/2007/11/funny-ust-scandal-aviexe-remover.html it has a detailed instruction of how to permanently remove it and it comes in two flavor: a remover that you have to download or by doing it your self manually. I like tinkering and want to learn from it then do the manual approach.
