Can you say the idea to improve hearing?

Well friend I know this the place to discuss each other but I just wanna suggestion this is also a kind of discussion. I have a little bit problem to hear that is ear problem since child hood but can't recove through operation too. Now I have hard of hearing I need loud voice to hear. And in the office this arises big problem. I feel slow and helpless and avoided too. I;m not planning to use hearing aid since this so expensive. I just like to recover my hearing through herbal treatment.Any medical related friends can suggest me about the food and herbs that supports the ear. Any idea for the perfect hearing? Is this a kind of art? just suggest me.

I sure need help too. I have ringing in both ears and hearing loss in. This is a lot of trouble for me.

May be meditation can help you . I am also trying to improve my hearing fron meditation but I am not sure that will it really helps me that or not . I don't know that if you have low hearing or not but I suggest you to do yog and Ashana they are also a form of meditation.
