wow, i really would be trying to keep up with my expenses, now with a monthly obligation i have to deal with.. *grin* but for my first day having internet connection at home, im not that satisfied, im supposed to have 384kbps but i think i only have 100 . so how can i make the speed faster.. i only have 10gb free space on my diskdrive and im using windows XP, pentium4... there's also this error about a runtime error and that trace "number" needs to be debugged but when i hit debug, it says something like the debugging tool cant open... and i think my pc is infested with worms... geesshh... i need technical assistance...

384kbps is the maximum. You don't expect to get that every time.(or never at anytime at all LOL!) I'm not really a big fan of PLDT because we're using it in our small office and it sucks! But maybe depending on the location. Some say SmartBro sucks but it works fine for me. If your PC is new, and you don't have some important files yet, I advise you re-format the disk and re-install the OS to get rid of that error. Especially if you suspect a virus, that's the most logical thing to do. It's not that difficult to reformat and re-install the OS, it would just take some time.

Nah, ofcourse I meant creating a back-up of your files in other removable storage (CD, DVD, or USB flashdisk. Why would you create a back-up in the same disk that you're going to re-format??? Reformatting it means losing all the data. If you create a back up there, they will be lost as well.
