What the heck happened to 4bux.com?

Anyone a ex-member of 4bux and wondering why did they shut down. I smell SCAM. Weird how the were supposed to upgrade and then disappeared. I hope not too many people invested too much money with them. Please give me your thoughts.

4Bux is a sure scam site.
The admin already posted a message and said that they won't continues.
I have reported this problem in my blog,
and here too.
