Which season you like the best?

There's only two seasons in my country: summer and winter. Winter consists mainly of tropical rain storms. So I really enjoy the rainy season, as you describe it, as well. Even thought rain is beautiful and it is great to sit in your bed or at your window and aprecciate it and it's beautiful sound it is really depressing to think of all the people who are out there who are losing their houses and their lives because of something I am actually enjoying. I don't know how something can actually be a two sided story. It feels wrong, but it is true. Rain is a destroyer in my country and everytime thw winter starts and that they anounce that fourty something storms are comming this way during the winter I can't help on wondering how many people will lose their homes and their lives. I wish there was something I could do, but in the end there's just nothing I can do... There's too many people. They are everywhere no just here. So winter takes a new light when seen this way. I've always been fascinated by autum though. I love how the decidious trees change their leave's colors. I would love to travel somewhere where there's an autum. Fall... that would be my new favorite season.

I believe I have grown to love spring, fall, and winter just about equally but for different reasons. Spring is when all the flowers bloom and there are a lot of very gentle rainfalls, and also the temperature is nice - not too hot nor too cold. I also like the cooler temperatures of fall and winter and for some reason these seasons give me a very warm-hearted feeling inside, probably because they are the seasons in which holidays like thanksgiving and Christmas occur. I don't care much for summer because it is always so hot and I do not like hot weather at all (which may seem ironic as I don't mind sweating from exercise, yet I still hate the feeling hot weather gives me), and also this is the time most of the year's thunderstorms occur and I hate thunderstorms - in fact, for most of my life, I was severely brontophobic (fear of thunder and lightening) so it is almost as though summer is my two least favorite types of weather put into one three-month experience. There are many pleasurable things to look forward to during the summertime though, such as Independence Day (my favorite holiday). But overall, I have to say spring, winter, and fall are the clear favorites.

I dont like rainy season as its very difficult to go around outside. There is always this problem of getting wet in the rain. I like the winter and I love to be cozy in my bed in winter. Well nights are long for me in winter and its real fun sleeping with the blanket on in the morning. What do you say?

I too love the rainy season as the rain is very good for my plants and it gives a mystical aura to the atmosphere. But too much rain makes life difficult. Also i like the winter season if it is not too severe.

i think i enjoy winter .the season of autumn is also beautiful.i find that i have strange feelings about winter.

For me it depends on where I am during that particular season. I love summer in Washington and in Oaxaca, but not in Arizona or California. I don't like winter in Alberta, but I do like it in New Mexico. Overall, I prefer spring and fall because they tend to have the most temperate weather. I like it to be warm enough to wear a tee shirt, but not so hot that I feel like I might melt into a puddle.

when i was still living in the philippines, i always dream of going to countries where there is snow every year. philippines is a very warm country. so, when i moved here in sweden, i was so excited to see snow! but when winter came, i realized that it was a very boring season! i can say that i love summer the most. it's when people go out, have fun and enjoy every hour of every day! anne

i live in southern ontario canada and we get a the full effect of all four seasons and i have to say i like the spring (because of the beautiful flowers that come up) and the fall (because of the crunchy leaves, the crisp bite in the air and the promise of cooler temperatures after a hot summer!)

When I was young I loved winter. I could make snowmans and I could ride down the hills on my little sledge, hehe. Then I grew up and couldn't do such childish things but still I could throw the snowballs in my friends. Later the climate changed too much and snow stoped to show itself in my city. Now it's quite rare to see a good snow for me. Almost every snow is more like mud or rain. I was wondering what kind of weather I like few years ago and I think I know the perfect weather for me. Sunny day that isn't too hot, with a little of cold wind. I think that Spring suits me just fine.
