Will Himalyas be without snow in very near future?

It is believed that the speed of disappearing snow from the Himalayan range is very threatening.In about twenty to thirty years there will be no snow covering the Himalayan peaks.Many rivers originating from the Himalayas are drying up gradually.What can be done to avoid the disaster like situation and save millions of people from mass migration from the areas where there will be no water very soon?
