Have you ever wondered why PTC Programs take so long to reach payout?

I am just wondering this. They send you so many emails in a day. Or they just take so long to give you a payout. I wish that there were PTC Sites that would just pay you what ever you have earned for that week.. But yet, they still will send high paying amounts. Like an ad should be worth 0.25 cents. It would be nice to see this happen.
