I think I feel safest in my car. It takes longer, but I feel much safter. Planes are scary, especially over the ocean...busses are smelly, and I have never traveled on a train so I have no opinion on that...but couldn't they come off the track? That is scary. I will stay in my car, where I can be behind the wheel.

I don't travel well in the car for long periods of time because of a back injury, but I do love to fly very much. I know a lot of people are afraid to fly that the plane might crash, but it has never affected me that way. I feel safe as though the Lord is protecting me every time I have been in the air. A calmness comes over me and I can not stop looking out the window at how beautiful our world really is. If something ever does happen to one of my flights, at least I know that I was doing something that I really loved and that the Lord was right there with me.

I like to travel by all the middles of traveling but especially i hate the car. I am so sick in it and i don't know why. I fell so awful inside the car. In the rest i like to travel with any of the other middles of transportaion. Good luck!

i like all kinds of travelling. planes, buses, cars, we even have jeepneys here in the philippines.
i don't travel by plane regularly but i flew in it about once or twice. i think it's amazing, especially when you travel on a bright blue day when you're up in the sky and you can actually see the soft cottony clouds outside your window.
i don't ride in buses very often, but i do when i go home from college. imagine getting stuck in a bus for ten long hours! it's buses i like the least. my butt gets hurt from sitting too long and sometimes, if i don't know my seatmate, he or she rolls off to sleep on my shoulder.
i've never ridden a train before but i'd like to ride one along a green countryside. have you seen the harry potter movies? i'd like to try riding the hogwarts express along the country.
we also have jeepneys here in our country. a jeepney is a form of public utility vehicle that was patterned after the american soldier's jeep when they came to the philippines a long time ago. the jeepneys are painted with big colorful pictures by the driver and about twenty or so passengers can seat inside.

My favorite way to travel is by car. I love the freedom of being able to stop whenever you want. I love stopping at attractions along the way. I have driven across country several times now. I live in Mass, USA and my friends and sister live in Washington, it's three thousand miles each way. It's so much fun to me, to be able to see all the different things along the way. One of my favorite places to stop is Devil's Tower in Wyoming. President Theodore Roosevelt established Devils Tower National Monument on September 24, 1906. The spectacular rock formation known as Devils Tower and the surrounding countryside, home to a myriad of plant and animal life, attract visitors from around the world. Climbers test their skills on vertical rock walls. Visitors delight in the beauty of the area and enjoy the activites offered at the monument. American Indians consider the area sacred, a place for prayer and renewal.
The first time we went there we got out of the car to gaze at the rock formation. When we turned to get in the car we were surrounded by deer. It was quite funny and amazing at the same time.

It really depends where and when you're travelling. But with me, when i've got a lot of time if im just going to town i use either the bus which takes 25-35 mins and if im in a hurry then train, only 10 mins. If we need to drive around then car would be the best one to use. If travelling really miles away then that would be the plane.

I enjoy riding on the Amtrak Surfliner (train). It goes right up the Pacific coast and sometimes I see dolphins or coyotes out of the window. It goes even closer to the surf than the highway does. And it's never very crowded once you get past L.A. going North.
I'm going to ride it again on Christmas day.

It definately depends on the distance I have to travel. For long trips a plane is the only way to go (as long as you can get up and stretch occaisionally) I went on an 8 hour trip on a train a couple of times and that was great as you can walk around and eat a meal in the dining car. The time went quickly. But car is my favourite as I am in control of when we stop etc.

You are lucky to own one. I love them. Just be very careful, as you know those cars don't always see so well. Blessings.
