what's the most stupid lie u have ever told to anyone to come out of a bad/difficult situation? like once i said that my shoes have got a hole n i can't go out since it's raining... although it was quite bright outside....... i know that u will find this stupid but i think we r bold enough to say our lies....

I think my most stupid lie ever was when I was like 10-11 years old. I had the bad habit of always coming back from my friend's house 15-30 minutes later than the time my mom had asked me to come back. And one time, she said to me that the next time I would be late I was going to be punished for a whole week. Well the next day I was going to be late again, I was coming back home with my bicycle and it was raining a little, so what I did was I deliberately blocked the brake of my bike, put dirty water on my legs and face, and said to my mom I had fallen from my bike and that the brake blocked, so I got back on foot carrying my bike back home, and that is why I was late.
That is really the most stupid lie I ever told someone, of course after some interrogating my mom discovered I was lying, and I was punished a whole week. lol
Ah, those were the good old days.
