You are right juhi i also think that sachin is best but ricky ponting is very near to his caliber....

well said may be tomorrow he may overtake sachin but as on date he is the leader and he is still capable of maintaining the lead.

In todays time there are many great batsmen so its a very tough call to name any one of them. My all time favorite is Sachin Tendulkar and in my view he will remain the top run getter at least in this decade because I don't see anyone crossing that mark not even ricky ponting. I also like Kevin Pieterson. I like the style in which he plays and his aggression is what makes him cool.
