Do you believe in superstitions?

I believe in God that's why I do not believe in supestitions. Sorry, I don't mean to offend anybody here... I am just sharing my opinion. Thanks for letting me express it. God bless us

Today is Friday the 13th! I bet there are some superstitious people walking on egg shells today.Iam not superstitious.I get bad luck any day of the month.My son was born on Wednesday the 13th and he has had some birthday's on Friday the 13th and never had a problem.Today his daughter is 19 months old.She was born on the 13th also,not a Friday thou.But,she will have birthdays on the 13th as well.I joke about superstitions.

I was just talking to a friend today saying that tomorrow is Friday the 13th. She asked me if I believe if that day is bad luck. I simply told her no. My explanation is that every year there is a Friday the 13th, and nothing bad had happened to me to my knowledge. Anyway, I'm not the superstitious type. For me, those things only gain power over you when you give it credence. Like what Stevie Wonder sings, in his song "Superstition," When you believe in things that you dont understand, Then you suffer, Superstition aint the way. I think he said that quite well. It's usually our ignorance of things that make us believe in superstitions.

i dont really believe in superstitions I think it was just stuff that was passed down thru the ages. In hotels though they never have a thirteenth floor, because of the superstition.

I don't believe in superstitions. Never have never will. So many people will quote incidences wher a superstition has come into play when something ill besets them. Today being Friday the 13th, how many will blame a misfortune on superstition?

I don't believe in any superstitions. They can only make me laugh. According to me, they are stupid things, in fact the number 13 is an unlucky number for you, but 13 is a good number for us italian, instead the number 17 is an unlucky number for us, I can continue with a lot of other examples.

I think superstitions carry a lot more weight the more people believe in them. I know I should ignore them, but I get a bit nervous still. Tomorrow's Friday the 13th and my dad is having a big knee operation. Needless to say I'm rather nervous.

When i was younger i did believe in superstitions. But as i got older that faded and if something is going to happen it has nothing to do with superstitions. But in society superstitions are really believe. Have a nice one.

Theres superstitions i think would be nice to believe in and then others I think are just too terrible to. I like to read about them but...I don't really believe in any. The ones about wishes and good luck are always fun to practice and hope the wishes come true.
