can you speak english fluently?

as my second language,english is some little bit to speak.i had a problem in speaking english fluently,but as i read,i could improve significantly.i am still on the path of improvement to quench my thirst for satifaction.so guys who want to learn english better and better just do join me and give food for your thoughts by reading.reading more reading.now what are you waiting for?go,take a book,and let me know!!!

It's so wonderful that you would devote time to your continuing education. Even when one cannot attend college all the time, it's a smart idea to seek self improvement. I speak English very well, as I was born in the USA and it's kind of the first language.
But, many people born here, don't speak so well due to the fact that they did not receive a good grammer school education or did not care to learn. It is so unfortunate when an American (who has so many advantages) cannot even seek to speak their own language with fluency.

English is such a fascinating language....i was able to speak in english very well as i studied in a convent school and it was compulsory to speak in English..practice makes a man perfect..so just speak in English and u would definitely regard it as a good source to improve the english skills..and here is
mylot for you to bring out your ideas into words through the english language helping you improve your vocab...so practice,read and speak..best way to excel in learning any language...

I can speak English fluently because it is my first language. I can also speak Spanish fairly well (not fluently, and a little bit of French.

you can speak english fluently is not surprise since it is your first language,but which surprise me is you can also speak spanish and french,you are very smart!!!people around must be very proud of you.
