I am thinking of starting a blog where I just comment on my interests. My questions are is it better to have a blog about just one topic or is it feasable to talk about whatever you want?
Also how easy is it to start one?

Mostly people will try to open a General blog first,
and only open specific topic blog after they know the little skill of blogging.
Cause you may be very happy when open the new blog,
and have something to said about the topic,
but after some week you might find that you lack of topic to talk within it.
[Example: You open a blog about Taking Photography,
you might turned very busy, no time to maintain your blog after a few week]
Unless you're currently working on the job that are in your interest,
and you want to start a blog about that.
You might have many new topic everyday cause you're involved with it everyday.

Just start what you think that will interest you and the people who will going to read your blog. Anyway, they don't care because it your blog. Just start what you can share with or being curious with. You can explore your self its your blog you can say it all. Well, this is only an advice from me.
