I've been thinking about this subject when I had breakfast this morning. I was wondering what other people eat for breakfast. Can you guys give me a clue? What you usually eat for brakfast?

I'm not up in time for breakfast, lol. I wake up late in the afternoon to start my writing. And I don't usually eat until an hour after I wake up. I can never get up and start eating because I never crave for food at that time. Then later on I just eat leftovers from the night before.

Well, sometimes I don't eat brakfast too. Once, I forgot eating breakfast and I got sick. Since then, I always eat my breakfast.

Commonly eggs, bacon, ham in fried rice. Milk, coffe, tea breads, cereal, pancake, fruits. And a lot more! it all depends what do you like. Me, personally I only take very light breakfast- milk, fruits little bread or cereal. Somethings nothing at all, I usually don't have morning appetite; I take brunch a lot of times. Have a good breakfast! Good day

MABUHAY!! hey, what a treat!!, I had the ever famous "pandesal" , its the traditional bread of every pinoy, no breakfast is not complete without it, (trust me !) and then i had "fried bangus" with rice , and dalandan juice, and one herbal drink (called pancit-pancitan good for your joints and stuff!) well, there you go friend, Its one of typical breakfast, for me and i guess a lot my peeps here in the philippines, YOU WANNA KNOW MORE? I COULD TELL YA ALL ABOUT SOME TYPICAL AND EXOTIC FOODS WE EAT HERE, NOT ONLY BREAKFAST, LUNCH, and of course there is ... MERIENDA, and DINNER and occasional MIDNIGHT SNACKS.. alright , peace out

I love my breakfast but I don't always eat right after I get up. Today was my day for a small fruit cup (cantaloupe, honey dew melon, grapes) ham, scrambled eggs with cheese, hash browns and blueberry whole wheat pancakes. I sometimes eat a bowl of high fiber cereal with peaches or blueberries and slivers of almonds. A poached egg on whole wheat toast and a side of fruit is a fast way to start the day. With any breakfast I have coffee or green tea. I am diabetic so I have to eat 5 or 6 times a day.

I'm hungry! What's for Breakfast. When I'm out for breakfast with some of my friends, I usually have hash browns with an over medium egg on top of that and then sausage gravy on top of that. Whenever I have breakfast at home, I might pop a couple of frozen waffles in the toaster and then drizzle a little bit of syrup on top of them after they have toasted. Sometimes, I'll have cold cereal and skim milk and other times I'll have cooked oatmeal with skim milk. I like the oatmeal that has cinnamon and brown sugar on it.
