Sponge or towel?

Do you prefer to use a sponge or a towel when bathing. I realize the sponge is typically a female thing but why?

I prefer towel.I never use a sponge,I don't even what sponge looks like.Ha,silly?

I can go back and fourth between the towel and the sponge. But I must admit I prefer the sponge most of the time. Thanks alot for taking the time to respond gxnfly!

Sponge is used to give bath for the bedridden patients. For healthy people towel is the best thing to wipe the body after bath.

You made an interesting point there samson1967. But I was thinking more of the loofah sponge women tend to use. I guess the towel might be a little more rougher for some folks. Thanks alot!
