what is the best diaper rash medicine

I got some A&D ointment free with a coupon when my daughter was born. It did not work very well. Desatin works pretty well. My daughter got something from her doctor. It is 2 creams that you mix together. I don't remember what it was called, but it worked like magic.

Desitin is good, but rather thick. Making it a bit of a pain to wipe off well. Especially if you are in a bit of a hurry. Balmex works just as well. Not as thick.

Well most people will say that Desident is the best for diaper rash.It always worked fine with my two sons.Now my daughter is another case.When I tried to use it on her her butt started to bleed from it.It was quite a mess and the only thing I found that works for her is Neosporin.If I even see a rash starting I use that quickly and in a day its gone completely.Hope this helps you.All the best.

Is your baby a boy or a girl? Some times it is not diaper rash but yeast infection. I had the same problem from them cheap diapers since I cant afford the good ones. anyway the doctor gave me nystatin cream for the babys but and it cleared right up.

I think Desitin cream is one of the best diaper rash ointments. I've tried several already and this is one is very nice and effective. You can actually see the improvement in just one day! Hope this helps!
