Do you have a slow learner child in your house? My son who is about to five year is a slow learner. He go through all his mild stones in his growing period slowly. He began to talk word by word, when he was four years of age. After two days of his birth he had fits due to hypoxia.May be due to that lack of oxygen at the birth time ,he has to face this kind of problem. Now he cannot write a word at the correct place.he can study the things in the correct manner and can reply the answer, but he cannot write correctly. And his I Q is not normal as a normal child.Do you have any experience like this? Can you give any remedy to raise my child to a normal intelligent person?Pls give a suggestion.........

My kids are not slow but the hubby sure is at timeslol. sometime it takes him 9 10 trys before he understands but yet it could be a man thing. If you are that concerned talk to the special ed teacher at school. Schools these days have great programs . When my son was five the school caught he had a speech problem and corrected it very shortly. You could also talk to the doctor! I think someones IQ is something you can not fix. kids are who they are.

a poor boy!but I think it had a little similar to me.I'm also a slow learner.with my idea,he do need some more care, love and comprehension.he can study things corretly, thus not need to ask him to write rightly in very hurry, just let him to enjoy it,and in addition, please him as learning a new thing.may be he would feel more happy.

just be patient and teach him the things that he should know..proper guidance and teaching is the main ingredient for a bright child..^_^ just don't loose patient 'coz slow learners are a bit temper loosing when studying but just have faith on the child and don't pressure him to learn fast .
