You could check into autogenic training.
It's a meditative exercise that relaxes your mind and body and gets rid of some of the toxins. Look it up in the library under alternative medicines.
You do the exercise for 10 or 15 minutes and it's as if you took a three or four hour nap. It's wonderful. If you need me to write it out I will, just let me know in your comment.

Get in a comfortable position, either sitting or lying down. Close your eyes and think the follow thoughts.
1. Your right leg feels very heavy.
Your left leg feels very heavy.
Both your legs feel very heavy.
2. Your right leg feels both very heavy.
and very warm.
Your left leg feels both very heavy
and very warm.
Both your legs feel both very heavy
and very warm.
3. Your solar plexus (the pit of your
stomach) feels very warm.
4. Your heartbeat is calm and regular.
5. Your forehead feel cool.
6. Your breathing is breathing you.
7. While in this state, visualize a goal
in your life, as if it has already
happened. Do this for approximately
30 seconds to a minute.
Open your eyes and begin the exercise again. Keep repeating this for five to ten minutes. It will be as if you took a two or three hour nap.
It's a wonderful safety valve when you don't have the opportunity to sleep and still need to be alert and accomplish more tasks.
A Dr. Volpe discovered it in the 1800's and a Dr. Schultz developed it further in the 1930's in Germany. It's widely used as a therapy tool in Chicago, presently.

tip for driving while tired: i guess this is a known fact anyway but in case you forgot, window open, music loud and don't be afraid to sing, it keeps you awake.

I can only suggest stopping and getting some coffee and surge. Both have a lotta caffeine which I think your gonna need. Why exactly can't you work out something with your job to be a bit late so you can get some rest at least??? Or perhaps call in sick and catch up on some sleep that way.
