i am a book lover,i usually have my past times reading books,,i can't afford to buy so i just borrow books from my friends,, One night when i was lying on my bed and still can't sleep,i decided to cleanup my room, and accidentally i found this book that really captures my interests,a book intitled "tuesdays with morrie".As i read this book, I've learned a lot about life.I've learned that what we have now and where we are now is just a picture of what we did in our past,of what we have missed, and what would happen if we just live it right..many things have changed in me since i've read this book.As i go along with my life now,,i used to think and apply what the book had shared to me,,

I didn't read this book yet , but I read about it on the wikipedia and I think that in general , we all can learn from the elders experience. Even talking with them can bring up many values we can learn to give our life a meaning. I got the impression that the proffesor was a very smart and experienced in life . When he told "we must love each other or perish" , it reminded me about all of the protests that are in my country israel , and in america and in the arab lands. The people are protesting because of the governements that are having most of the money and they let money rule the country instead of loving the citizens. We all have to love each other or else we will have even more problems with economy , wars and poverty.

This is one of the life stories i will never forget too, along with the story of Aya Kito (a teenager who was suffering from cerebospinal degeneration). They both depict a story on how they coped with their illness and how they enjoy life to the last minute. I also cried a lot while reading this book. It made me realize what are the things that is really important in this lifetime. It also reminded me to be grateful to people around me especially to my family.

I am not a book lover. Tuesdays with Morrie was just a book that my bestfriend has lent me for a day. He recommended it to me. He said the book will definitely touch me. It really inspired me alot. I have even read it a couple of times since then. Mitch Alboms story remembers me with my Calculus teacher who truly inspired me to work for the better in my future endeavors.

Yes I strongly agree that Tuesdays With Morrie by Mitch Albom give us a lot of lessons about life. I have learned from this book the word contentment and appreciating our present life despite all the positive and negative circumstances. I was really inspired by this book that life is really to short for us to waste on unnecessary things. We should strive to make a difference even in our own simple way to make our lives worthwhile. God bless!

Good for you! I also love Tuesdays with Morrie! I've watched the film and it made me cry so hard. I read the book and it made me cry even harder. It touches the heart and inspires everyone. Books like this should be read by everyone and should last a lifetime. When my daughter grows up I will let her read this book.
