Hi everybody!!!!!I guess now a days we forget about natural things,I guess most of us dont have enough time to take a long breath in fresh air, even though we know Fresh air is very necessary for us.
Do you have five minutes in your tight schedule for fresh air?

Fresh air for me every time!
Whenever I've worked in offices which have been air-conditioned, I've found that I get far more sore throats and colds, plus the sickness levels of the workforce has in general been far higher than places which don't have air-conditioning.
If the indoor temperature gets unbearably hot, I prefer to use a fan.
I find also that air-conditioning can make a room/office or whatever feel very cold, thus on a baking hot day when we walk outside into the street, we feel the heat 100 times worse.

The air outside your own house is 5 times cleaner from the air inside so it is recommended to go out every day. A/C also is very bad for you especially if it is in the same room with you and increases the chances you get lungs problems (that's what i read in an article a few days ago).

Everyday I take a evening stroll in our nearby park, with my pet to get fresh air.Ac air is harmful to health,as a kid,I used to had headaches, whenever I get exposed to ac air for a long time. But now I am acusstomed to it.

I also prefer fresh air to A/C. I will not swich on the A/C as long as I can do with out and always keep my windows and doors to the balcony open to get fresh air. I will go to the near by beach atleast once in week and spend hours there to get fresh air.
