A good Physique

Can somebody tell me the best way to improve my physique. Im 21 years old and i weigh 125 lbs and my height is 5'6. When i calculated my BMI it falls in normal range. What choice of food should i eat?

Why would you want to lose more weight if you're within a healthy weight? Excersize and toning will help with your appearance, but a person isn't very attractive when they drop below a healthy weight.

i want to gain more weight because i felt that i am thin for my age and height.

I assume your a guy. The thing I did when I first started lifting weights to get a good physique is I worked out to much and did not gain much strength at all because I did not allow my body to recover and gain muscle mass. I notice when I worked out hard and made sure I had plenty of rest I gained muscle mass and got stronger. If I had any doubt I was not recovered all the way than I did not workout and I gained muscle mass from that mindset. It was kind of irratating because I was so obsessed about lifting weights but it was smarter. You got to be patient when it comes to that stuff though or you take to much of a risk of overtraining though like I know I did. When you start to overtrain not only do you not gain strength but you can lose strength and muscle. You got stress hormones building up in your body when you overtrain. The name of the stress hormone is cortisol which you can get from any type of stress.
