What can you do on a rainy day ?

here are some suggestions: (the first 5 involve driving to an indoor arena): 1. go to an indoor mall 2. go to a local movie theater 3. go to an ice skating rink 4. go to the gym 5. go to an indoor sporting event (but if you dont want to drive anywhere): 1. read a good book or magazine 2. work on a project...art, etc. 3. organize your house or a room 4. do some cleaning 5. watch a movie dvd or tv. 6. listen to music 7. do a workout tape or dvd 8. meditate 9. talk on the phone with friends 10. hang out with someone you live with, roommate, relative, etc, pet, & just chat. 11. surf the net. 12. play an internet game...scrabble, backgammon, etc. 13. sleep early 14. if seeing someone, light candles and fireplace and get romantic. 15. write a letter to an old friend, pen pal, etc. 16. create a to-do-list or a must-do list for this year. 17. create a list of goals for your future...toward a particular destination 18. summarize what u did the past year or this year to see if u r happy with where u currently are at the present with your life, if not do something about it. 19. do yoga or pilates at home...stretching exercise to help you relax. 20. write in a journal, whatever comes to your mind...uncensored and just let it flow.

I tend to invite friends round, have a drink, play a game, watch TV, go on the internet, cross stitch, I think there are many things to do inside the house, if you do not want to go outside and get wet.

i love eating a lot and do a movie marathon during rainy days. It's nice to stay at home while raining.I hope it rains today.lol

if i have to stay indoors, i usually spend my time in front of a pc surfing the net, checking e-mails, or watching movies.

Best thing is mating. You can also cook because rainy days makes you hungry. Sleeping is also heavenl during rainy days.

I like to watch movies on rainy days.

On a rainy day I like to stay at home and go on to the internet. I read a book or write a story. I might do some houswork or groom my dogs. Sometimes I put on my rain coat and go outside. It is not always great to use an umbrella if the weather is wet and windy. I like it when I see a colorful rainbow but I don't like the feeling of being soaked through. It was raining on Bank Holiday Monday so we went to a couple of caves at Cheddar. We had a lovely day and went to a crystal shop once it stopped raining so heavily. I am just wondering why everyone thinks we have to stay indoors when it rains? Obviously there are somethings that you can't do outside if it is raining. If it is raining hard then likely you can't go outside at all. You have a girlfriend does she live with you? That is all that you would need to keep you occupied wouldn't it? If she doesn't live with you, then plan for the next visit with her, what things will you do, will you take her a nice gift? You could also write...get a paper and some pens, and write or draw, as people usually find rain to get creative juices flowing. Other than all that others have said I have nothing different, except maybe if it is raining, not hard, but just raining, go for a walk, who cares if you get wet, just enjoy the time out with nature.

In the rainy day stay in the house that was not returned to do something outside the home.

Im fairly easy to please..i usually use the computer if its a wet day...or maybe get my sewing out and put the television or radio on...and just settle down and accept that theres not going to be too much that gets done on that day..good luck

There's a lot of things you can do at home! Read, write, watch, listen and sleep. Hey I forgot you can also play.

Take it as a lovely day and enjoy yourself,if you are lonely then also you can enjoy,or if you are with your family then what.Simply fry some good junky's and watch some good movies,or our best entertainer is Mylot keep on discussions.

It is a great extensive topic .I can do many things on a raniy day .except do my job, I would like have a sleep without any business .or watch a popular movie with my girlfriend.or just keep post at mylot.I can get lots of enjoyment from the rainy day. besides ,keep a light heart is important.

Rain is really a "dampener" on all plans. No outing can happen. But thankfully, mylot will always be there to help you out. Whenever you feel up to it, come over here and indulge yourself in a bit of mylotting. But apart from that, if you are into computer games, you may spend the time playing. Or you may watch tv. But I don't usually suggest that. The tv is getting boring day by day. Only the regular monotonous programmes and nothing else. If you can paint, or sew or have anything as your hobby, you can indulge yourself with it. A hobby is the best thing to spend time with. If nothing works, just go and drench yourself in the rains a little. Sing out loud. Don't care about what others will say. It'll really cheer up your spirit.

I ussually read on the rainy day, if not, I cook. cold weather makes you hungry and cooking will keep you busy and after that you can enjoy the food..

Well it is quite a rainy day here, it's pouring outside as I type this! Rainy days are nice to just curl up in bed and sleep! Right now I am cooking lunch and just doing alot of different stuff on the computer. I think I may curl up on the couch later and watch a DVD! I did have plans to tend to my mini garden today, do a little more planting and such but not with all this rain. I usually play with the dogs and do driving lessons as well but I think I may put those off too. To be quite honest the best ideas I have are to just go to sleep or curl up and watch a DVD. Call me silly though, I am going to make some homemade ice cream later! I love cold desserts when the weather is cold. But I then have to wrap a big blanket around me when I'm done!

Be on the computer. Watch some movies. Write letters to relatives. Write a short story or poem. Catch up on reading. Take a nice nap--the rain is nature's lullaby. I generally stay on the computer most of the time, unless it is thundering badly. Then I either catch up on reading, or find a good movie to watch, since we seem to have quite a few that I have yet to see.

Sleep.ZZZZzzzzzzzz...........

I often watch televisio or go to my computer. Sometimes I do the huosehold chores. When there's nothing I can do, I often go to sleep.
