I am sitting her half listening to Shrek again while myLotting and I am quoting the movie in my head. I can do this with several movies. The Princess Bride is on of them. Dead Poets Society and Dirty Dancing are a few others. Do you have a movie you have watched so many times you could recite most of it along with the characters as they are saying it? Which one?

THere are a lot of movies that I have learned and sometimes relearned all or most of the parts. It's also a fun thing to do, just because. Sometimes I get so wrapped in the emotion or the scenes I can't help but play along. I'm like this with the Scream trilogy.

Yep. I do. In the movie "A few Good Men", I can recite almost every lines of Jack Nicholson and Tom Cruise, especially on their court arguments. (remember the "you can't handle the truth!")
Jack Black's lines when giving lesson in "The School of Rock", is still fresh in my mind until now, LOL! I like quoting the characters in most of the good movies I watched many times.

Father of the Bride, one and two, and Napoleon Dynamite. I've seen Father of the Bride so many times and it's funny no matter how many times I watch and I just love Napoleon Dynamite.
My husband can watch a movie only a couple times and memorize lines. Then he uses them later at odd times just for the fun of it.
