how to access prohibited sites

Ah, prohibited sites. I don't know if there are sites which are blocked from me because I have never been able to access any, if there are. I do not know it there is a way of bypassing the guardian of such sites. I am sure there are ways known to the experts and it would probably need a really expert computer scientist to make this possible. Mere mortals like you and me don't have this capability.
