Good day friend.
Well, I have played quite a number of MMORPG games out there. I am pretty fussy with the graphic of the games. The game I have always been playing is Fiesta Online from Outspark Inc. Graphic are more cartoon-like and LOL, cute avatars and chars. The game is still in the middle of being improved. More items and skills will be added as the time goes. The Game Master of Outspark Inc are pretty cool and nice. They are more of a community leader that strive to the environment as friendly as possible, making sure no one start using offensive language, flaming or any other form of conduct that can results in "drama" in game.
Other than Fiesta, another game would be Holic Online. Almost similar to Fiesta however, with more choices of class. The different thing about Holic Online from Fiesta is, there are more self-buff in every class. For e.g, tankers have HP-buff, defense-buff, Damage dealers like monk and rogue have speed and accuracy buff, or attack buff. However, Holic Online is still pretty new and there is not much player over there.
You may also wanna try out DOMO (Dreams of Mirror Online). Love this cute game. You get to level classes using 1 char(similar to holic) but you can use skills from ur secondary class. Imagine using a mage and having self-healing from ur priest as yoru second class.
Well, hope this helps, you might wanna go check them out!

Wow. I think you are looking for some complicated stuff. The only one that would suit you would be runescape but it's the worst game i've ever played. I play maplestory and although it is 2D it's a great game. If you can spare some money play world of warcraft. I think you can play on private servers so you just have to buy the game and then no more subscription money. If you are looking for games that doesn't require download and 3D it's going to take a while. I don't think there's even one apart from runescape.
