is anyone else having trouble getting the registration e-mail from NeoBux?

i'm having trouble getting the registration e-mail from neobux! has this happened to anyone else? should i wait for the e-mail, or try again a different day?

I did not get my email the first time I tried to sign up. I ended up registering the next day.
